Very slow at paying out have sent all verification docs in received confirmation that they are all fine, however payout is still pending. I phoned up to get an update to be told they dont know when it could be paid out could be tomorrow could be day after or could be even later.
Avoid at all costs. They take money for duplicate bets you did not want to place and then drag out trying to resolve it. Over a week now and all i get is we have requested an update. Always the same rhetoric and nobody seems to want to help. Stay well away.
This site should be avoided like the plague. An extremely unprofessional set up, that is purely driven by greed. You are guaranteed to lose your money. You would be better off, just setting up a direct debit and hand over your hard earned cash. Slots are definitely rigged their favour.
Worst casino ever . gamea are so rigged to lose . play on other sites and the games let u win bits here and there but since ove been on this site about 3 weeks ove had nothing buty lose lose lose not even smAll wins and the bonuses are rubbish too. i keep thinking it cant be this bad…
This company is causing me no end of grief and I will not rest until this is settled as it is bugging me 24/7.
Defy all laws of probability. By mere chance alone you should win something back but not here, don't bother and I mean don't bother. Probably trying to recoupe some revenue lost due to Corona virus or whatever but you won't win nothing. No fun to be had here so take my advice and move along and ignore the generic response…
I've played for the past two weeks, the winning are extremely low regardless of the stake as I tried various amounts. The free spins don't pay like they do on the same games at various other casinos. Constantly depositing calculated to several thousands and not one single decent win. I definitely don't recommend this casino if you looking to have…
This casino has no plan on rewarding there members over 8 months ago they said they will roll our a new loyalty program for their players and all playing in the interim would have been considered to compensate and reward them.
I opened an account with this sit at the start of the month only to be blocked after an hour because of a self exclusion with a linked account. Which in this case was correct. Only problem I have is that I was allowed to deposit £600 to which £300 is still in there. And not at any point has…
Really bad! It did not work to use the bonus and it’s a fee for taking your money back. Please do not use this casino.
It’s most scam casino I have ever played with its been so long I playing with this scam never win nothing. I we’ll never play with scam people. Believe me don’t west your money and your time. ITS SCAM.
Absolutely dreadful gaming site.Never ever I had this kind of experience. Not a single time I was up.NEVER. The bonus rounds are a joke.Don't use. It Will make your like a living hell
Win on sport and have it all taken back on slots. These guys know this if you win and love to screw you over on their slots. Don't use these guys if you bet on sport. Bonuses are rubbish + charging to withdraw. They should be reviewed.
Like every other casinos they rope you in with okay wins at first then it’s all take from there, you will never get a bonus round and if you do it’s sh.t! If you want fun and value your money then don’t deposit on this site they will just rob you silly.
Deposit as much as you want win aswell first few withdrawals ok then start asking for stupid Id hold up driving licence next to your face bank statements and never use PayPal it takes months I had to send about 100 screenshots to finally say transaction numbers didn’t match then eventually PayPal sent email and funds released they do pay…
Good to newbies then once roped in terrible RTP on the games. Just takes in record time. No fun whatsoever and no bonuses that people enjoy such as free spins. Getting greedy like every other site. Don`t go there. Anyone who never lets you out with a profit, even when you play low amounts is just after your cash and…
Never have I known it to take so long to verify a account, load of rubbish paddy power 10 times better.
This is the worst casino what I have played. If I know where I do can report I do. Never no any win for big money I am not played for 0.20 or less but much more and not win. THIS NEED BE RAPORT THEM
Not to trust I have won winning of my life 6.900£ and they blocked my account permanently, don't want to provide reason and don't replay on emails just because they destroyed my live on this moment.
Very strange live chat service. I provide all details of my account after making a withdrawal and self exclude for 24 hours. Was asking if withdrawal will be processed when in self exclusion. They are not able to find my account
