Very disappointed
I opened an account with this sit at the start of the month only to be blocked after an hour because of a self exclusion with a linked account. Which in this case was correct. Only problem I have is that I was allowed to deposit £600 to which £300 is still in there. And not at any point has any money been sent back to me. I have been in contact by phone and sent a lot of messages and I literally have had only one reply in nearly a month. Live chat constantly resets and my messages are always been sent to the relevant team supposedly.feel very disappointed and feel like I have been left in limbo. Thanks

i have once claimed a NO DEPOSIR $50 chip in this casino. after winning around $1200 it went down to $150 which is the max amount that this chip could win. i tried to withdraw it thru bitcoin wallet so it doesnt get complicated. ive sent my passport and utility bill ahead of time and got verified as far as i know. days passed withdrawal still pending. after almost a week I guess, withdrawal cancelled. 150 becamr $100. according to them $50 chip is deducted as it is not cash able. okay understood. then i wasnt allowed to cash out and was told by support the need to deposit $100 and have to wager the 100$ deposit before I can withdraw finally. what a scam. what a strategy? how can you say a free chip is a no deposit bonus when youre gonna require deposit once won. then the wagering would of course give way to losing both the deposit and the small amount won in the beginning. so who won at the end? lol. i am not recommending this casino. i am so disappointed. very disappointed. so disappointed and dismayed. i hope someone could help me out soon. hopefully.
