Free play that really bad
I have spent over a thousand dollars at Orion stars and I’ve won maybe $100 that’s not my complaint however it is pretty bad. It’s the free play that really bad. If you receive one and most of the time you won’t but if you do it’s 3 cents or 13cents it’s insulting after 5 spins in a row of landing on ” good luck” which gives you nothing then when you do it’s 3 cents.

I actually enjoyed playing these games and am seriously disappointed because I had made it up to $53 and when I tried to cash out it took several days of them telling me I could cash out the next morning and then when it would be the time I was told to cash out, they would say, let me check and then wouldnt say anything more until I would ask them if they had found anything out and then they would say, please wait and then tell me to cash out the next day. Finally after four days or so if this they said I could cash out $15 of my winnings since I only deposited $10 (with a $5 bonus) or, as a one time exception I could cash out $25 and they would wipe the rest of my winnings. I took the second deal since it was the most they would allow me to cash out and I refuse to put any more money into it. Whats the point of I cant really claim what I won? And what really happened to the other $28? Not cool!

Complete rip off
The company playjuwa is a complete rip off. They have no trouble taking your money instantly to play, but on the backside it sometimes takes hours for you to get your credit back on your account if you have to win and if you happen to win too much money then they just wipe it out and throw a little piece off and tell you *** yourself. My money was gone
I was playing on the phone and I closed the app and set my phone down. A couple hours later I logged back into the app and my money was gone from my account. I was winning quite frequently and I only had started with a 10$ deposit and worked all the way up to 205.87. once I was ready to cash out I contacted the account that had deposited the money for me via Facebook where they reached me at and they wouldn’t tell me how to cash out or answer any other questions I had. I was winning $157. I’ll send my screen. Someone else had logged in and logged me out. I tried to log back in, and it said my account was suspended. The person I played for said that the actual Orion Company were the ones who did it. I don’t completely believe him, but there’s nothing I can do about it.He told me it’s in the game. He claimed to have no control of it. There are thousands of these agents working everyday, getting people to play, taking people’s money, and when someone wins, they don’t pay. When they notice that you’re winning too much, they’ll suspend your account or they’ll steal money from it while you’re playing. I’ve watched it happen while I wasn’t even playing, just looking at the screen. This is ridiculous. It’s going too far. It’s been going on for years and nothing has been done about it. I don’t understand why!

Orion Star Casino are fraud
I deposited $20, lost, deposited another $20, lost, and then I deposited $10 and won $1531.31. The platform Playjuwa told me their company policy was to payout no more than $200 on a $10 deposit, which I deposit all the time. This particular $10 happened to be my last deposit, out of $1531, and roughly $270 was a jackpot. So how could that make any sense? If this isn’t corrected, I’ll make sure I go on social media and blast it to everybody. I can talk to you about how unfair it is. I know you guys do not operate this way, but these guys are working for you, and one of my friends too; I play online and if I’m not going to get paid, you guys will have to do something to rectify it.
