My money was gone

I was playing on the phone and I closed the app and set my phone down. A couple hours later I logged back into the app and my money was gone from my account. I was winning quite frequently and I only had started with a 10$ deposit and worked all the way up to 205.87. once I was ready to cash out I contacted the account that had deposited the money for me via Facebook where they reached me at and they wouldn’t tell me how to cash out or answer any other questions I had. All they keep doing is. Asking me if I want to play. Which is really getting in my nerves since they stole my money the first time I try to play on the platform. Really need some help here please. I don’t know what to do. Losing my mind because I had plans with that money.
